FREMANTLE NOVEMBER 2021
Where can you find some of the world’s best sailing conditions that are tide free with no ocean swells, steady winds, blues skies and clean water, and where the start line is only 500m sail from the Marina?
Etchells Worlds 2021, Fremantle, Western Australia.
The Etchells Swan River Fleet together with Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club and Royal Perth Yacht Club invite you to Fremantle for what promises to be another great regatta in Western Australia. The regatta venue will be Fremantle Sailing Club who hosted our Nationals and Worlds in 2006. Our 2020/21 season includes both the Etchells Nationals and Worlds, the Windsurfer, Flying Fifteen and F18 Worlds and no less than 8 other National Championship plus the Australian Youth Championships. All in all a great summer of sailing!
Onshore we have highly experienced volunteers working together with our Club based professional staff all working to run a top-quality Etchells event.
At a social level Fremantle and surrounds is a foodie’s heaven which has been formed over generations influenced by our immigrants from the wide ethnic background, not to mention the amazing selection of beers from the many famous brands produced by the plethora of microbreweries. I challenge you to find better seafood anywhere in the World. If you choose to tie your regatta in with a tour of the vineyards, Margaret River Region is worth an overnight trip.
We look forward to seeing you in Fremantle for some great sailing, warm hospitality and memorable experiences.
